Background
The United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) is issuing a contract for Enterprise Development, Application, and Training to support its global mission.

The J6 IT Management Office (ITMO) manages SITEC contracts to meet critical IT requirements for the Special Operations Forces (SOF).

Work Details
The contract encompasses several key areas:

- Enterprise Development, Architecture & Training (EDAT) including application development and maintenance, architecture, IT-related training, and surge capacity for new IT services;
- Infrastructure Install Move Add Change (I2MAC) providing infrastructure support and equipment tracking;
- Enterprise Operations Management (EOM) covering network operations and system infrastructure;
- Consolidated Service Desk (CSD) focusing on customer incident resolution;
- Cyber Security ensuring compliance and connectivity approval;
- IT Management Support Service (ITMSS) offering contract management and strategic resource planning.

Period of Performance
The tentative period of performance is estimated to be 7 years starting in the 1st quarter of FY24.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at various SOF customer locations worldwide.
