THIS IS A REQUEST FOR THE SUBMISSION OF WHITE PAPERS (WP) ONLY. This is a request for information (RFI) seeking White Papers only for innovative technologies that accelerate attainment of critical technologies. In this context, innovative means any new technology, process, or business practice, or any new application of an existing technology, process, or business practice that contributes to enhancing of INSCOM's military effectiveness and sustaining global peace and U.S. national security.

Background
The US Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) is seeking white papers for innovative technologies that accelerate attainment of critical technologies. The request for information (RFI) is for the 2023 Enhancements to Army Intelligence Data Platform (AIDP). INSCOM's mission includes executing mission command of operational intelligence and security forces, conducting worldwide multidiscipline and all-source intelligence and security operations, and delivering linguist support and intelligence-related advanced skills training, acquisition support, logistics, communications, and other specialized capabilities in support of Army, Joint, Coalition Commands, and the Intelligence Community.

Work Details
The RFI seeks white papers for mature Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) solutions relevant to the focus area of Generative Artificial Intelligence (GAI) and Machine Learning (ML) Tools. The solutions must be deployable in the Army Cloud Computing Service Provider (AC2SP) Cloud environment and connect to the AIDP architecture within the Army Military Intelligence (MI) Domain at all fabric levels (NIPR (IL5), SIPR, JWICS). The white papers must be submitted through Vulcan no later than the RFI close date. The submission page for the RFI will allow vendors to submit technology scout cards with associated white papers. The initial response will undergo a technical assessment that may be followed by requests for clarifications or an invitation for oral presentations/demonstration.
