RFI - Enhanced Data Rate (SEDR) Waveform onto Operational Radios

Background
The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Aerial Networks Division (AFLCMC/C3N) is seeking qualified and interested vendors to self-identify and re-verify their expert qualifications and technical experiences for the PMO’s effort to implement the Enhanced Data Rate (SEDR) waveform porting onto existing operationally relevant software-defined radios.

The goal is to obtain subsequent certifications needed for operational use.

Work Details
The anticipated scope of this effort includes, but is not limited to, the following phases:
• Waveform Porting: Porting current and future SEDR waveform specifications onto one or more of the specified radios.
• Integration and Testing: Ensuring integration and functionality of the ported waveform with the existing radio hardware and software.
• Certification: Obtaining all necessary certifications for operating SEDR waveform on the specified radios, including NSA Type-1 certification and airworthiness. This includes preparing all necessary documentation and supporting the certification process.
• Documentation: Providing comprehensive documentation detailing the porting process, integration procedures, test results, and certification artifacts.
• Training: Providing training documentation or education on the operation and maintenance of the ported waveform.
