RFI - Citrix Consulting & Technical Support - FBI

Background
The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to seek qualified offerors who have the capability to provide Citrix software support to the FBI at the Clarksburg, WV location. Citrix is currently in use within the CJIS division of the FBI. This service contract opportunity is intended to provide 192 labor hours of support for a 12-month period. The interested vendors must be authorized resellers and designated as authorized maintenance/training representatives of Citrix System, Inc.

Work Details
The Technology Integration and Support Unit (TISU) is responsible for providing Windows desktops and providing support for those desktops. These consulting hours will allow the TISU to discuss and confer with Citrix specialist on the use and health of the Citrix software.
This is a contract to provide 48 hours of onsite Citrix Consulting Support to the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) Division’s TISU. The objective is to obtain 192 hours of onsite consulting Citrix services per year, which will be used for site planning, tuning, and ensure proper configurations are being applied in Citrix. The services shall ensure the personnel providing the labor hours possess the knowledge, skills, and ability necessary to address the applicable Revised 508 Standards defined in this contract, and shall provide supporting documentation upon request.
Technical personnel must be Subject-Matter Experts (SME) with 10 years of expertise and proven best-practice methodologies, as well as have extensive field experience and deep knowledge of leading Citrix practices. The consultations and technical support will focus on ensuring that Citrix is properly configured, planned, and designed. The contractor will provide an assessment, accuracy, risk mitigation, and alignment of the Citrix application.
