Current Software: Atlassian Jira and Confluence licenses

Requirement:

P1 supports over 100 DoD programs that require agile project management and software development tools to support and manage communication, collaboration, and integration, among software developers, product owners, testers and operations teams with the current Atlassian Jira and Confluence licenses. P1 currently has 10,000 users across the DoD employing Jira and Confluence during their daily operations. Moving to another tool suite would require additional time and contract rework in order to export historical data from the Atlassian Suite to a different software platform.

Please Note: No award will be made under this RFI. Only a warranted Contracting Officer can obligate on behalf of the United States Government and that will be executed through an official request for quote (RFQ). The Government reserves the right to cancel this RFI. In the event the Government cancels this RFI, the Government has no obligation to pursue procurement or to reimburse an Offeror for any costs.

Background
The Department of Defense (DoD) is seeking information regarding alternatives to the current software licenses for Atlassian Jira and Confluence. The goal is to support over 100 DoD programs that require agile project management and software development tools for effective communication, collaboration, and integration among various teams including software developers, product owners, testers, and operations teams.

Currently, there are 10,000 users across the DoD utilizing these tools in their daily operations. Transitioning to a different tool suite would necessitate additional time and contract rework to export historical data from the Atlassian Suite.
