Background
The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) is a law enforcement agency within the United States Department of Justice (DOJ) dedicated to reducing violent crime and protecting the nation. ATF is responsible for investigating and preventing crimes related to firearms, explosives, arson, bombings, terrorism, and illegal trafficking of alcohol and tobacco products. The Office of Intelligence Operations (OIO) within ATF aims to enhance decision-making by providing timely, accurate and focused intelligence through the collection and analysis of information.

Work Details
ATF is seeking submissions for a state-of-the-art social media network analytics platform that enables continuous data collection, real-time analysis, and insight into social network structure and interactions. The platform should provide 24/7 access, a user-friendly web-based interface, advanced data visualization capabilities, network analysis, trend analysis tools, and sentiment tracking features to enhance decision-making and engagement strategies. Interested parties are required to provide relevant technical capabilities, past performance, market research pricing including estimated subscription fees and associated user fees. The vendor should demonstrate capabilities such as access to the full stream of publicly available social media activity in real-time, analyzing platform data to derive actionable insights, identifying trends and patterns for decision-making, providing strategic recommendations to enhance user targeting capability on social media platforms, applying artificial intelligence and machine learning for relevant alerts, providing geo-location search events by location, real-time event dashboard with event location verification for alerts among other requirements.
