RFI - AOC Air Filter Supply

Background
This sources sought synopsis is issued solely for information and planning purposes to gain knowledge of potential sources capable of fully satisfying a potential requirement. The AOC Air Filter Supply contract will be a contract that allows for the AOC House Jurisdiction to acquire specified amounts of air filters for equipment located throughout multiple buildings. The equipment requiring air filter supply varies in size and thus have different filter dimensions and specifications.

Work Details
The AOC is seeking sources to supply a high number of filters under a contract awarded by quarter (Base + multiple option periods). This structure would allow the AOC to 'pre-purchase' the specified quantity of filters and draw down on the awarded quantities through multiple deliveries throughout the contract period of performance. In total, AOC would require approximately 1,500 filters per quarter of varying sizes.
Under the proposed contract, the contractor will be required to deliver filters that AOC already purchased palletized and labeled, by equipment designation, during regular business hours within 5 business days. The AOC would also like to include an emergency delivery option for use when filter replacements are required immediately or within a shorter timeframe than regularly delivered filters.
