Description

The Government is issuing a single source solicitation for the the procurement of RevospECT HX PRO Software License.

Background
The Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY) is issuing a single source solicitation for the procurement of RevospECT HX PRO Software License. This software is essential for performing Eddy Current inspections on heat exchangers of various Naval vessels, ensuring fleet readiness.

The NNSY's Non-Destructive Testing Division, Code 135, conducts these inspections across multiple locations to support the US Navy's operational capabilities.

Work Details
The contractor will provide the RevospECT HX PRO Automated Analysis software from Zetec Inc., which includes:
- A site license for one month of use, with a quotation for 12 months of continuous use.
- The ability for up to two sites to utilize the software simultaneously.
- An unlimited quantity of RevospECT HX PRO licenses available.

The contractor is responsible for providing a digital license that allows access to the software, while NNSY will not require any additional resources as all operations will be conducted via computers. Once access codes are provided, the software will be ready for use by NNSY personnel.

Place of Performance
Primarily in Building 184, 3rd Floor Room 341 at Norfolk Naval Shipyard, with the capability to use licenses at multiple sites.
