Description

Combined Synopsis/Solicitation # HT940625QE002 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The combined synopsis/solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Regulation as indicated in the attachment. The SF Form 1449 is being utilized to generate the applicable clauses.

The Defense Health Agency, Healthcare Contracting Division- Southeast intends to procure a firm-fixed price contract for Reverse Osmosis and Sterilizer Sampling, Support, and Maintenance in support of Naval Health Clinic Cherry Point (NHCCP), NC. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, supervision, equipment, tools, transportation, and expertise necessary to perform preventive maintenance, water and steam condensate testing, salt maintenance, and repair of the Reverse Osmosis (RO) Water System and sterilizer equipment. The contractor shall perform scheduled preventive maintenance, water quality testing (including RO and utility water), steam condensate testing, and equipment servicing for the RO Water System. The contractor shall also respond to unscheduled maintenance and retesting needs as identified by NHCCP staff. Work will be performed onsite at NHCCP. This requirement is being solicited in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR Part 12.6; Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Products and Commercial Services.

Competition Approach: Open and full competition.

North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS): The associated NAICS code for this procurement is 811210, with a small business size standard of $34M.

Submission of Quotes: Offerors must follow the requirements of FAR 52.212-1 Addendum, 52.212-2 Addendum, and the Quote Instructions and Evaluation Criteria provided in the solicitation document to create the quote. Quote is required to be submitted electronically to the Contracting Officer and Contract Specialist on or before the date and time specified in the RFQ. The firewall utilized by the Government contracting office does not authorize or accept zip files. Files shall not contain classified data. The use of hyperlinks in quotes is prohibited.
