The U.S. Consulate General, Chennai invites you to participate in this solicitation to carry out Restoration works at La Maison house (USGR) , as described in the attached solicitation documents.

• Mandatory Site Inspection: Wednesday, December 27, 2023 at 11:00 A.M. (IST) at La Maison house (U.S. Govt Residence) located at No.6, Turnbulls road extension, Nandanam, Chennai 600 035.
• Deadline for questions: Friday, December 29, 2023 by 12:00 Noon (IST) to DudteMJ@state.gov cc to ChennaiProcurementFSNS@state.gov
• Deadline for RFQ Submittal: Friday, January 05, 2024 by 5:00 P.M. (IST) to DudteMJ@state.gov cc to ChennaiProcurementFSNS@state.gov
• Consulate reserves the right to cancel entire or part of this solicitation at any time.
• This solicitation is mainly intended for local vendors as vendors' participation is required in mandatory site inspection.
