Respiratory Fit Testing - Industrial Hygiene Program Support

The Department of Veterans Affairs Washington, D.C. Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC) is seeking a contractor to provide supplemental industrial hygiene support for respiratory fit testing at the DC VAMC. The contractor will be responsible for conducting fit testing according to OSHA requirements, ensuring documentation of fit testing, training employees on respirators, and ensuring employees have been medically cleared to wear a respirator within the past 6 months. Additionally, the contractor will be responsible for cleaning the fit testing equipment and keeping the COR informed of supply needs. The contract has a period of performance of one year with 4 option years and work will be performed at the DCVAMC main campus in Washington, DC under the Occupational Safety & Health Office.
