Background
The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) is issuing this solicitation for an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract aimed at maintaining, repairing, and servicing respiratory equipment and supplies.

This contract is essential for the FBI's Laboratory Division, specifically the Forensic Response Section's Technical Hazards Response Unit, which relies on various respiratory devices to operate safely in hazardous environments. The goal of this contract is to ensure the continuous operational readiness and safety of these critical pieces of equipment.

Work Details
The contractor will provide comprehensive services including:
- Accounting, tracking, servicing, calibrating, maintaining, flow testing, and repairing Respiratory Equipment for the Laboratory Forensic Response Section (FRS) and supporting 56 Field Office Hazardous Evidence Response Teams.
- Performing annual flow testing and maintenance on over 650 AVON ST54 Self Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA), 27 Draeger BG-4 Rebreathers, 14 Draeger PAS Colt SABA/SCBA, 3 Draeger RIT Packs, and 2 Draeger Quantifit 5000’s.
- Conducting one annual trip to the Operational Response Center in Fredericksburg, VA for servicing equipment.
- Providing a means of quality control to identify issues with equipment maintenance and repair processes.
- Maintaining communication with THRU personnel regarding contract execution and any unsafe conditions affecting inventory.
- Utilizing an electronic asset management tracking database for service records.

Place of Performance
Services will primarily be performed at the FBI's Operational Response Center in Fredericksburg, VA and various contractor-designated facilities.
