Resolute Sentry - Sources Sought Synopsis

Background
The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC), specifically the Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance (ISR) & Special Operations Forces (SOF) Directorate (AFLCMC/WI), is conducting market research to identify potential contractors for the Resolute Sentry (RS) program. This program is part of the Transformational Capabilities Office (AFRL/RST) FY2021 WARTECH Vanguard Prospect initiative and is transitioning from the AFRL’s Sensors Directorate (AFRL/RY) and Information Directorate (AFRL/RI).

The goal of this contract is to gather information on vendors' capabilities in software development, integration, testing, and fielding of RS software, as well as support for its modernization and operational sustainment.

Work Details
The RFI seeks responses that detail the ability and strategy to provide a development environment for the Resolute Sentry program. Specific areas of interest include:
1. Experience in agile software development, integration, testing, and fielding of complex software systems in the ISR domain.
2. Capabilities related to Special Access Program (SAP) support, including facilities and personnel.
3. Expertise in migrating and managing software repositories, digital models, and simulations across various security classifications and networks.
4. Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and adherence to open standards and cybersecurity policies.
5. Approaches to DevSecOps, continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD), and agile methodologies.
