Work Details
The contractor will provide RRC in-house services and home confinement services for federal offenders. The services will be delivered under an indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contract with firm-fixed unit prices based on guaranteed minimum quantities and estimated maximum quantities.

1. Providing a total of 67 beds for male offenders and 10 beds for female offenders at the RRC facility.
2. Offering a monthly rate for an average daily population (ADP) of 31 or less federal offenders.
3. Implementing inmate day rates based on varying ADP tiers:
- Tier 2: For ADP of 32-47 federal offenders.
- Tier 3: For ADP of 48-62 federal offenders.
- Tier 4: For ADP of 63 or more federal offenders.
4. Providing home confinement services with a fixed monthly rate for placements of 22 or less federal offenders, along with day rates for higher populations (23-33, 34-44, and 45 or more).
5. Ensuring compliance with all safety and sanitation requirements as outlined in the Statement of Work.

The period of performance will include a one-year base year followed by four one-year option years, allowing for potential extensions based on performance evaluations.
