Residential Reentry Services Located Within the City Limits of San Francisco, California and Home Confinement Radius Within 50 Miles of the RRC Facility   3

Background
The Federal Bureau of Prisons is issuing this contract to provide Residential Reentry Center (RRC) Services and Home Confinement (HC) Services for male and female Federal offenders. The services are aimed at facilitating the reintegration of offenders into society while ensuring public safety.

The contract is intended to support the Bureau's mission by providing structured environments that promote rehabilitation and reduce recidivism. The services will be provided within the city limits of San Francisco, California, with a home confinement radius extending 50 miles from the RRC facility.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide the following services:
1. Residential Reentry Center (RRC) Services for an average daily population (ADP) of up to 64 Federal offenders, including fixed monthly rates and inmate day rates based on varying ADP levels.
2. Home Confinement placement services for up to 16 Federal offenders, with similar pricing structures based on ADP levels.
3. The contractor must ensure that a total of 160 beds are available, with a maximum of 140 beds for males and 20 for females in the RRC.
4. The contractor will invoice based on actual usage, with specific rates defined for different ADP levels.
5. Services must comply with all applicable regulations and standards as outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW).

Period of Performance
The contract will have a one-year base period followed by four one-year option periods, allowing for a total potential performance duration of five years.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed within the city limits of San Francisco, California, and within a 50-mile radius for home confinement placements.
