Background
The Federal Bureau of Prisons is seeking to provide Residential Reentry Center (RRC) services and Home Confinement (HC) services for male and female Federal offenders located within King County, Washington.

The goal of this contract is to ensure adequate programming and case management of offenders, facilitating their reentry into society. The services will be provided under an indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contract with firm-fixed unit prices.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide the following services:
1. Residential Reentry Center (RRC) services for an average daily population (ADP) of 29 or less Federal offenders, with a fixed monthly rate.
2. In-house RRC inmate day rates for varying ADPs: 30-44, 45-58, and 59 or more Federal offenders.
3. Home Confinement placement services within a radius of 200 miles from the RRC facility, with fixed monthly rates for ADP of 13 or less and day rates for higher ADPs (14-19, 20-25, and 26 or more).

The contractor must ensure a total of 72 beds available for males and females combined, with specific maximums for each gender.

Period of Performance
One-year base period with four one-year option periods.

King County, Washington; Home Confinement radius within 200 miles of the RRC facility.
