Residential Reentry services in the Minneapolis/St. Paul, Minnesota area   2

The Federal Bureau of Prisons is seeking concerns having the ability for providing residential reentry center (RRC) services (in-house RRC beds) and home confinement services (home confinement placements) for male and female federal offenders. The upcoming solicitation for the above services is to be located in Minneapolis/St. Paul, Minnesota area, within in one of the following counties: Hennepin, and Ramsey. Home Confinement services within a 100 mile radius of the facility for male and female offenders held under the authority of United States statutes.
Both the RRC services for in-house RRC and home confinement services shall be in accordance with the Federal Bureau of Prisons Statement of Work entitled, "Residential Reentry Center" dated April 2017 (See Attached).

The requirement for RRC and Home Confinement services for male and female Federal offenders located in Minneapolis/St. Paul, Minnesota area will be an IDIQ Price contract for services with a one year base period, and nine one-year option periods. The RRC In-House requirement will consist of an 81 bed facility (74 designated male/7 designated female) for a one year base period, and nine one-year option periods. The Home Confinement requirement will consist of 26 placements for a one year base period, and nine one-year option periods for both male and female.

It is the intent of the Government to award all types of services for (RRC in-house beds and home confinement placements) to a single provider, as these services are interconnected and rely upon each other to ensure adequate programming and case management of offenders. The Government reserves the right to potentially make an award which is deemed to be in the best interest of the Government. 15BRRC18R00000022 will be available on or about January 22, 2018, and it will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website at http://www.fbo.gov.
