Background
The Federal Bureau of Prisons is seeking to provide Residential Reentry Center (RRC) services and Home Confinement services for male and female federal offenders in the Janesville, Wisconsin area within Rock County.

The goal is to ensure adequate programming and case management for offenders transitioning back into the community.

Work Details
The contractor will provide RRC services including in-house beds and home confinement placements.

Tasks include managing an average daily population (ADP) of federal offenders with tiered pricing based on ADP levels. Services must comply with the Statement of Work, including administration, personnel management, facility maintenance, safety protocols, sanitation, electrical safety, hazardous materials handling, pest control, waste management, referral and intake processing, program implementation, security and accountability measures, discipline procedures, food services, medical services, records management, release procedures, escape protocols, handling serious illness or injury cases, and compliance with USPO cases.

The contractor must also ensure community relations and site validity while adhering to local laws.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed in Janesville, Wisconsin within Rock County boundaries. Home confinement placements will occur within the Eastern and Western Judicial Districts of Wisconsin.
