Residential Reentry Center (RRC) Services and Home Confinement Services Located Within the City Limits of Del Rio, Texas Within Val Verde County, Texas   2

Both the RRC services for in-house RRC beds and the Home Confinement services for home confinement placements shall be in accordance with the Federal Bureau of Prisons Statement of Work (SOW) entitled, "Residential Reentry Center, May 2015 (corrected)" (see attached). Home Confinement services (for home confinement placements) are specifically defined in chapter 11, Home Confinement, of the aforementioned SOW. Additional requirements for these services are referenced throughout the SOW as well.
This will be a Firm-Fixed Price contract for services with a one-year base period, and four one-year options periods.
The RRC In-House requirement will consist of a 36 bed facility in which 30 beds will be designated for males and 6 beds designated for females.
The Home Confinement requirement will consist of 18 placements to include both male and female.
RFP-200-1324-WS will be available on or about April 25, 2016 and it will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website http://www.fbo.gov. Hard copies of the solicitation document will not be available. The site provides downloading instructions. Future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed solely through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition.
It is the intent of the Government to award all line items (RRC in-house beds and home confinement placements) to a single provider, as these services are interconnected and rely upon each other to ensure adequate programming and case management of offenders. The Government reserves the right to potentially make an award which is deemed to be in the best interest of the Government.
The estimated closing date of RFP-200-1324-WS will be on or about July 19, 2016.
