Description

RRC Services and Home Confinement Services located in the state of Ohio within the counties of Hamilton, Clermont, Brown, Butler, Warren, or Montgomery.

Background
The Federal Bureau of Prisons is seeking contractors to provide Residential Reentry Center (RRC) Services and Home Confinement Services in Ohio, specifically within the counties of Hamilton, Clermont, Brown, Butler, Warren, or Montgomery.

The goal of this contract is to ensure adequate programming and case management for male and female federal offenders under their authority. The services are intended to support the reintegration of offenders into society while maintaining public safety.

Work Details
The contractor will provide RRC services for in-house beds and home confinement placements for federal offenders. Key tasks include:

1. Providing RRC services for an Average Daily Population (ADP) of 22 or less federal offenders at a fixed monthly rate.
2. Offering inmate day rates based on varying ADP levels: 23-33, 34-44, and 45 or more federal offenders.
3. Delivering home confinement services with a radius of 200 miles from the RRC facility, including fixed monthly rates for ADP of 14 or less and day rates for higher populations (15-20, 21-27, and 28 or more).

The contract will be structured as an indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity type with firm-fixed unit prices based on guaranteed minimum quantities and estimated maximum quantities outlined in the solicitation.

Period of Performance
The contract will have a one-year base period followed by four one-year option periods, allowing for a total potential performance duration of five years.
