Background
The Federal Bureau of Prisons is issuing this solicitation for Residential Reentry Center (RRC) services and Home Confinement services located within San Diego County, California. The goal of the contract is to provide comprehensive reentry services for male and female Federal offenders, ensuring their successful reintegration into society while maintaining public safety.

The services will be provided under an indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contract with firm-fixed unit prices.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide the following services:
1. RRC services for in-house beds for an average daily population (ADP) of 123 or less Federal offenders;
2. Inmate day rates for ADP of 124-184, 185-245, and 246 or more Federal offenders;
3. Home Confinement services within a 100-mile radius of the RRC facility for an ADP of 40 or less, with corresponding day rates for higher populations;
4. Services must comply with the Statement of Work (SOW) requirements, including documentation and reporting as specified;
5. Invoices must reflect actual usage based on the defined rates depending on the ADP;
6. The contractor is responsible for ensuring adequate programming and case management of offenders.

San Diego County, California, with Home Confinement services extending within a 100-mile radius from the RRC facility.
