Work Details
The contractor shall provide the following services:

1. Residential Reentry Center (RRC) Services for an average daily population (ADP) of federal offenders, with specific rates based on the number of offenders:
- Fixed monthly rate for ADP of 22 or less offenders.
- In-house inmate day rates for ADP of 23-33, 34-44, and 45 or more offenders.

2. Home Confinement Services within a 100-mile radius of the RRC facility, with rates based on the number of offenders:
- Fixed monthly rate for home confinement placements of 14 or less offenders.
- Inmate day rates for home confinement placements of 15-21, 22-28, and 29 or more offenders.

The contract includes provisions for option years extending up to four additional years, with similar pricing structures applicable during those periods.
