The services will be provided on an indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity type contract with firm-fixed unit prices according to the guaranteed minimum quantities and estimated maximum quantities outlined above for the base year only. The option years will reflect tier pricing without estimate minimums and estimated maximums. The contractor must submit pricing for the base period and each option year as specified in the solicitation.

Period of Performance
