Background
The Federal Bureau of Prisons is seeking to contract Residential Reentry Center (RRC) and Home Confinement Services within Cleveland, Ohio. The goal is to provide transitional services for federal offenders to assist with their reentry into the community.

Work Details
The contractor will provide Residential Reentry Center services for in-house RRC beds and Home Confinement placements for male and female federal offenders. Services include accountability, programs for reentry, community relations, site validity, personnel management, communication, and responsiveness.

The contractor must ensure competent staff recruitment and training, maintain open communication with Bureau staff and local authorities, and administer the home confinement program effectively. The contractor is responsible for ensuring offenders are accurately accounted for while in the facility or on home confinement and assisting them in finding employment and housing.

Period of Performance
The contract includes a base period of 12 months followed by four option years: Option Year 1 (13-24 months), Option Year 2 (25-36 months), Option Year 3 (37-48 months), Option Year 4 (49-60 months). There is an option to extend services for up to six additional months.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed within the city limits of Cleveland, Ohio, with home confinement services extending to a 150-mile radius.
