Background
The Federal Bureau of Prisons is soliciting proposals to provide Residential Reentry Center (RRC) Services for male and female Federal offenders held under the authority of United States Statutes located in Albany, New York. The contractor will operate in accordance with the operations manual and comply with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act, Privacy Act, and other applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
The BOP values correctional excellence, respect, and integrity. The RRC has an obligation to provide residents with an opportunity to acquire necessary skills for self-improvement and practice law-abiding behavior upon release.

Work Details
The contract requires the provision of Residential Reentry Center (RRC) Services for male and female Federal offenders located in Albany, New York. The services include administration and organization, personnel management, facility operations, community outreach, fiscal responsibilities, staffing patterns, accountability systems for resident movement in and out of the facility, cell phone policies, sign-in/sign-out systems for individuals entering or exiting the facility, authorized absences for specific programming objectives such as seeking employment and housing, strengthening family ties, engaging in religious activities, obtaining education, and reintegrating into the community.
