The Federal Bureau of Prisons (Bureau) is soliciting for providing Residential Reentry Center (RRC) services (in-house RRC beds) and Home Confinement services (home confinement placements) for male and female Federal offenders held under the authority of United States Statutes located in Birmingham, Alabama and Home Confinement radius is within 150 miles of the RRC facility. Please see the attached solicitation documents.

Questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted to Laurence Faytaren by August 2, 2023. Questions and answers will be posted in SAM.gov on or about August 11, 2023. Answers will only be provided through SAM. gov. Questions to this Solicitation shall be emailed in PDF format, no later than 2:00 p.m. (EDT), to Laurence Faytaren, at lfaytaren@bop.gov. Background
The Federal Bureau of Prisons (Bureau) is soliciting for providing Residential Reentry Center (RRC) services (in-house RRC beds) and Home Confinement services (home confinement placements) for male and female Federal offenders held under the authority of United States Statutes located in Birmingham, Alabama and Home Confinement radius is within 150 miles of the RRC facility.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide Residential Reentry Center (RRC) services for in-house RRC beds and Home Confinement Services for male and female Federal offenders. The services will be provided on an indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity type contract with firm-fixed unit prices according to the guaranteed minimum quantities and estimated maximum quantities outlined. The period of performance for any contract awarded will be for a one-year base year and four, one-year option years. Offerors must submit pricing for the base period and each option year as specified. The contractor shall ensure total 70 (beds) which 60 (max) beds are available for males and 10 (max) beds are available for females. Home Confinement services estimated maximum is 60 placements.
