Description

The U.S. Consulate Frankfurt and Overseas Buildings Operations [OBO] has a requirement for maintenance and repairs on six (6) of the existing Siedlung Housing Compound Buildings' clay tile roofs, fa ade, windows and basements. Each of the residential buildings has a steep sloped clay tile roof system hung on wood battens over steel framing, non-heat insulated plastered fa ade, windows and old brick basement foundations.

In addition to the above the U.S. Consulate Frankfurt and Overseas Buildings Operations [OBO] has a requirement for maintenance and repairs on one (1) of the existing Siedlung Housing Compound Buildings' fa ade, windows and basement. Each of the residential buildings has non-heat insulated plastered fa ade, windows and old basement foundations. The roof structure in this building has been renovated in the recent past and a roof renovation is not part of this contract for this building (Jakob Leisler Str. 2/4).

The proposed MCI includes, but is not limited to, the following renovation work:

Roofing work

Fa ade insulation work

Window insulation work

Gravel strips

Basement waterproofing work
