Residency Management / Site License for 298 Residents

Background
The Department of Defense, through the Defense Health Agency, is seeking to provide a Residency Management Suite and Site License for 298 Residents at the Naval Medical Center Portsmouth. The goal of this contract is to ensure that residents in various medical specialties receive the necessary software, licenses, and training to effectively manage their residency programs.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform the services outlined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS). The services include:

1) Software and software license for a Residency Management System;
2) Annual on-site training for residents;
3) Maintenance and technical support for the software;
4) Provision of Institution Training Video Subscription;
5) Timely delivery of software maintenance releases within 14 days after release;
6) Assurance that all supplied software is free of additional royalties or charges and certified free of damaging properties such as viruses;
7) Technical support personnel must be adequately trained on the supplied software;
8) Data migration from current systems to new systems without loss or damage of data.

The contractor must also ensure that all software usage complies with proprietary agreements and safeguard any NMCP file data.

Period of Performance
Base Year from October 1, 2025 to September 30, 2026; Option Year I from October 1, 2026 to September 30, 2027; Option Year II from October 1, 2027 to September 30, 2028; Option Year III from October 1, 2028 to September 30, 2029.

Place of Performance
The work shall be performed at Government Facilities located at NMCP, 620 John Paul Jones Circle, Portsmouth, VA 23708.
