Description

Firm Fix Price Task Order Award W15QKN-19-D-0046 W15QKN-26-F-0045 for Reserve Component Transition Assistance Support Services (RCTASS) in support of the National Guard Bureau (NGB), J1 was awarded as an undefinitized contract action IAW FAR 16.603-2(a), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) 216.603-2, DFARS 217.74, and DFARS Procedures, Guidance and Information 217.74 in the not to exceed amount of $5,992,504. The Government and contractor mutually agreed upon the NTE amount and the definitization schedule for this TO award. A redacted exception to fair opportunity justification has been posted to SAM IAW FAR 16.505(d)(1)(3).
