Background
The solicitation is for Research and Laboratory Services Support to the Lugar Center, Georgia and the US European Command (USEUCOM) Area of Responsibility (AOR). The contract involves certification of satisfactory services provided, monitoring of technical aspects by the COR, and utilization of a Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP) to measure contractor performance.

Work Details
The tasks include transition support services for transitioning work from a Government entity or from an active contract to a follow-on contract/order or to a Government entity. This includes coordination with Government representatives, review and evaluation of current support services, transfer of hardware warranties and software licenses, orientation phase and program to introduce Government personnel to the Contractor's team, tools, methodologies, and business processes, distribution of Contractor purchased Government owned assets, and coordination with the government to account for government keys, ID/access cards, and security codes. The contractor shall also provide Key Personnel with necessary experience and knowledge required to perform the duties defined in the IDIQ Labor Category table.
