Background
The solicitation is for a Research and Development contract titled 'Research and Development of Optical Techniques, Devices, and Measurements' issued by the Naval Research Laboratory. Work Details
The contract requires research and development of optical techniques, devices, and measurements. The work includes furnishing all labor required to accomplish the requirements in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW), providing necessary Other Direct Costs (ODCs) including travel and material required to meet SOW requirements, furnishing all data as required by the Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL), DD Form 1423, and providing all data IAW the SOW.
The work will be subject to preservation, packaging, packing, and marking standards. Inspection and acceptance of supplies/services will be performed at destination by the Government. The contract also includes a minimum quantity and contract value for all orders issued against it.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract is from 20 October 2022 to 19 October 2027.
