Requirement for Voyager Search

Background
The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) is seeking to procure Voyager Search software as part of its mission to enhance geospatial intelligence capabilities. This solicitation is issued as a Sole Source requirement. The goal is to award a Firm Fixed-Price purchase order to the lowest priced offeror that meets the minimum specifications outlined in this solicitation.

Work Details
The contractor will provide Voyager Search software, which must comply with Section 508 accessibility standards. Offerors must be manufacturers or authorized resellers of the software and are required to submit documentation proving their status as an authorized reseller. The submission must include OEM part numbers if applicable, and all software must be included with the offer.

Additionally, offers must comply with specific Section 508 standards including:
- 1194.21 for Software Applications and Operating Systems
- 1194.22 for Web Based Intranet and Internet Information and Applications.

Offerors are also required to complete Appendix 1 and provide their CAGE Code, DUNS Number, and Tax ID Number with their response.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed from June 1, 2025, through May 31, 2026, with no options for extension.
