Description

The Government is seeking a 1-year base with 4 option years land lease to place an antenna, related equipment, temporary fencing, and a generator including 24/7 ingress and egress. The location desired is within Sunland Park/Santa Teresa New Mexico area. A general location map is attached to this announcement as Exhibit A showing the delineated area. The size requirement of the site is approximately 400 square feet. Occupancy Occupation can begin as soon as feasible.

Work Details
The contractor will provide a lease for approximately 400 square feet of vacant land suitable for the installation of an antenna and associated equipment.

The site must allow for temporary fencing and a generator. The contractor is responsible for ensuring that the space meets all local building code requirements for construction and life safety. A site map and as-is diagram with inside dimensions of the offered space must be attached to the proposal.

The lease proposal must include details on annual rental rates, operating costs, and any additional charges related to common area maintenance (CAM) and other services.
