Request for White Papers (RFWP) Army Multi-Purpose-High Energy Laser (AMP-HEL)

Background
The U.S. Army’s Rapid Capabilities and Critical Technologies Office (RCCTO) is issuing a Request for White Papers (RFWP) with intent of awarding Other Transaction Agreement for Prototype (pOTA) IAW 10 U.S.C. § 4022. Only U.S. companies with the ability to process and store SECRET information and hardware are eligible to submit a white paper.

Work Details
The solicitation outlines the process for submitting a White Paper (WP) and the subsequent evaluation process. Offerors are required to submit a WP in response to the Statement of Objectives (SOO), detailing their technical approach, qualifications, experience, and estimated costs. The technical approach should address the development, integration, prototyping, and delivery of four AMP-HEL prototypes within 18 months of award, as well as one additional AMP-HEL prototype and a palletized 20kW HEL lab asset within 12 months of option exercise.
