Request for Quotes - Special High-Risk Charter Flight Services (SHRF)

The United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) Division has a need for air charter services. This services remove Failure to Comply (FTC) and significant High-Profile Removals (HPRs) from the U.S. and relocate them to their home countries. ICE seeks a vendor to provide these services on a "wet lease" basis to include aircraft, complete flight crew, maintenance and insurance. Aircraft shall stage for departure from any airport location designated by ICE within the U.S. which it deems technically acceptable to receive the aircraft being utilized. The detail of the work required could be found on the Request for Quote (RFQ) document under Performance Work Statement (PWS). (See the attached).
