Request for Quote - VMware BPA

The General Services Administration (GSA), Federal Acquisition Service (FAS), Information Technology Category (ITC) intends to establish a firm-fixed price, single-award, Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) under Special Item Numbers (SINs) 54151, 54151ECOM, and 511210 in response to this Request for Quotation (RFQ) in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 8.405-3 and FAR 8.405-6(b)(1), Items peculiar to one manufacturer. This is not a FAR Part 15 acquisition. This acquisition is not set aside for small business. This BPA solicitation does not commit the Government to pay any cost for the preparation and submission of a quotation in response to this BPA RFQ. Ordering Agency Contracting Officers are the only individuals who can legally commit the Government to the expenditure of public funds in connection with this procurement via orders against the awarded BPA. NOTICE: Quoters MUST possess a valid Letter of Supply from VMware to be eligible for BPA award. All quoted items must be on the Quoter's GSA MAS contract by the date and time of the quote submission. The Price quote shall include pricing for all SKUs listed in Attachment A - Pricing Sheet. Failure to quote on each item in Attachment A - Pricing Sheet, Quoter Pricing tab may result in a Quoter's quote being rejected as being non-responsive to RFQ requirements. Shipping and Delivery terms shall be established on individual orders.
