Description

The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) requires routine maintenance and inspection services for the FM200 Fire Suppression System and the Pro2000D Air Sampling Center located at the Thomasville Federal Records Center (FRC) twice a year on 6 month intervals.

The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to perform semiannual inspections and certification of the FM200 Fire Suppression System and the Pro2000D Air Sampling Center at the Thomasville FRC.

Offerors must provide a quote and a capability statement no later than 2:00pm ET Tuesday July 07, 2026, to the following

Evaluation Factors:
Proposal responses will be evaluated In Accordance With FAR 12.203 based on the Vendor's Technical Abilities to meet all the requirements outlined in the Statement of Work, Past Performance, and Price.

Background
The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) is seeking routine maintenance and inspection services for the FM200 Fire Suppression System and the Pro2000D Air Sampling Center located at the Thomasville Federal Records Center (FRC).

The goal of this contract is to ensure the operational readiness and compliance of these systems through regular inspections and certifications.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to perform semiannual inspections and certification of the FM200 Fire Suppression System and the Pro2000D Air Sampling Center.

The Contractor will conduct inspections every six months, following manufacturer’s testing guidelines and applicable NFPA standards including NFPA 72, NFPA 2001, and NFPA 2010. Inspections must be documented using NFPA 2001 Form 14B, with results recorded and any abnormalities reported to FEMA's designated Point of Contact (POC). Deliverables include completed Form 14B for each inspection cycle and detailed inspection reports outlining findings, recommendations, and corrective actions.

Period of Performance
The base period of performance will be established at the time of contract award, which includes a base year and four option years for continued service.

FEMA Thomasville Federal Records Center, 436 S. Pinetree Blvd., Thomasville, GA 31792.
