Request for Quote (RFQ) Building 301, Install Alarm System

Background
The Department of the Air Force, AFLCMC/HNCKC, Cyber/Netcentric Directorate, located at Lackland Air Force Base, Texas, is seeking a quote for the installation of a Honeywell Vindicator Intrusion Detection System (IDS) into Building 301 at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, Texas. The estimated period of performance for this one-time alarm system installation is 90 days after award.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide all equipment, components, and labor for the site-specific proprietary programming, installation, and repair necessary to support the installation of the IDS. The specific products to be delivered include: 1 ea Hardware – Security System, SCIF Door and Opener; 1 ea Software – Site Commander (Win10); 1 lot Labor – Install Complete System and Connect to JBSA – Lackland BDOC. The contractor must also comply with various design requirements such as site visits, programming, additional system requirements, design approval process, delivery of required equipment, installation of IDS in two phases (Phase I and Phase II), acceptance of IDS with burn-in procedures, compatibility with existing infrastructure, deliverables including data package and warranty period for components purchased by the contractor.
