AMENDMENT 36C26125Q0176 0002 - The purpose of this amendment is to extend the Request for Quotation's response date from 01/24/2025 to 01/31/2025. The reason for this extension is due to the delay from technical experts to answer vendors submitted questions. Answers to the questions have now been answered, please see attached document "36C26125Q0176 0002 and Q and A" .

The reason for this extension is due to the delay from technical experts to answer vendors submitted questions. Once answers have been obtained, they will be posted to SAM.gov

Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is issuing this Request for Quote (RFQ) for Health Care for Homeless Veterans (HCHV) Residential Treatment and Substance Use Disorder Services. The goal of this contract is to provide comprehensive residential treatment services to homeless veterans, aligning with the mission of the VA Pacific Islands Health Care System, which aims to improve the health and well-being of veterans through quality care.

Work Details
The contractor will provide Residential Substance Abuse Treatment Services for a total of 1,460 days per year, accommodating four patients at a time. The services will be delivered over multiple ordering periods spanning from March 30, 2025, to March 29, 2030. Specific tasks include:
- Ensuring that all personnel assigned to perform clinical services hold current and unrestricted licenses.
