Failure to comply with these requirements will result in denial of access to the pre-quotation conference and site visit.

Quotations must be submitted electronically to capetown_quotation@state.gov no later than Thursday, August 13, 2026, at 10:00 (SAST). Offerors must submit all documents required by the solicitation and be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov at the time of quotation submission in accordance with FAR 4.1102. Quotations that do not comply with the solicitation requirements may be determined ineligible for award.
