Incumbent Analysis (see Incumbents section for more detail)
The prior contract 19EC7525C0006 was awarded to Constecoin Cia Ltda for $105,801 (09/29/25–09/30/26) under a “GO & LEASED RES-GENERATOR PROGRAM_INSTALLATION” effort. This appears to involve installation work for residential generator systems and is likely a continuation of the same generator program context, with the current requirement focused on reconnecting and integrating backup generators (including ATS/interlocks and commissioning) at ten official residences.
