Background
The Indian Health Service (IHS) is seeking to upgrade its Powerscribe One Radiology Dictation Software for the Northern Navajo Medical Center. This solicitation is part of a Buy Indian Set-aside, aimed at supporting Indian Economic Enterprises (IEEs) as defined by HHSAR regulations.
