The primary item required under this contract is a Falcon Lectern with the following specifications:
- Dimensions: approximately 28"W x 24"D x 52"H at highest position
- Height adjustable with electric post lift (8-inch travel)
- Sloped reading surface with hardwood pencil lip
- Shure shock mount installed (model required)
- Custom recessed cup holder
- Two installed 7-inch gooseneck low profile lights
- Installed digital clock
- Tapered pedestal with cable management throughout
- Power equipment converted to 220v with European plugs
- Detachable power cord ('D' Plug) mounted in base
- Dual XLR input mounted in base cabinet
- Fixture on audience side to attach seal
- Wide support base with two casters
- 6-inch high slide-out raiser step (attached, not removable)
- Constructed of solid hardwoods and hardwood panels, finished in traditional cherry with three coats of clear lacquer and black plastic laminate trim along the bottom edge. Additionally, a Custom Escort Series Equipment Case is required, made from 1/2" ABS plywood laminate, featuring 'D' style construction, foam lining for upright lectern support, and heavy-duty casters. Estimated transportation and handling charges to New Jersey are also included.

Period of Performance
Delivery is required within 10-12 weeks after receiving the Purchase Order.
