Background
The U.S. Embassy Phnom Penh is seeking a vendor to supply one vehicle for its operations in Cambodia. The goal of this contract is to procure a new, unused executive passenger vehicle that meets specific technical and performance requirements suitable for diplomatic use.

Work Details
The contract requires the supply of one van vehicle (brand name or equal) with the following specifications:
- Vehicle Type: Executive Passenger MPV (Minivan format).
- Steering: Left-Hand Drive (LHD) mandatory for Cambodia.
- Engine Type: Petrol (Gasoline) or Diesel, 4-cylinder or V6, minimum 2.4L.
- Drivetrain/Transmission: Automatic Transmission; Front-Wheel Drive (FWD) or All-Wheel Drive (AWD).
- Model Year: Unused, current production year (or immediately preceding model year if new/zero-mileage stock).
- Exterior color: Black.

Additional specifications include:
1. **Vehicle Architecture & Performance**:
- Must be compatible with locally available commercial fuel grades in Cambodia.

2. **Exterior & VIP Comfort Features**:
- Dual power-sliding rear doors, privacy glass, high acoustic insulation.

3. **Interior Configuration & VIP Amenities**:
- Seating capacity of 4 to 7, executive seating features, multi-zone climate control, and advanced audio system.

4. **Safety & Security**:
- Active safety suite including pre-collision mitigation and lane keeping assist; passive safety features like airbags and parking assistance sensors.

5. **Local Serviceability & Warranty**:
- At least three years warranty on manufacturer defected parts and services or 100,000 km.
- Local serviceability must be demonstrated with an established service center in Phnom Penh.

Period of Performance
The vehicle shall be delivered within 1-3 months after issuing the order.

Bidder Requirements
Vendors must guarantee that all offered items are new and in original packaging. They must provide detailed technical specifications along with product brochures or catalogs. The vendor must also demonstrate local serviceability for the vehicle make/model and ensure all costs related to shipping and customs clearance are included in the quotation.
