Background
The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) is seeking proposals to provide technical assistance and support to USAID/Eastern and Southern Caribbean (ESC)'s General Development Office (GDO) for their Caribbean Resilient Economies and Sectors Activity. The contract is being procured under full and open competition procedures, pursuant to Part 15 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (48 CFR Chapter 1). The estimated period of performance for this contract is expected to be five years. USAID anticipates that the total estimated cost will range between US$15,000,000.00 to US$20,000,000.00.

Work Details
The purpose of the Caribbean Resilient Economies and Sectors Activity is to reduce constraints to climate and disaster finance, and increase investments in climate and disaster resilience across priority sectors. The contract type is a Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF) completion type contract. The estimated budget for this contract includes various categories such as Personnel: Salary & Wages, Fringe Benefits, Consultants, Travel, Transportation, & Per Diem, Equipment and Supplies, Subcontracts, Allowances, Other Direct Costs, Indirect Costs.
The place of performance for this Contract is the Eastern and Southern Caribbean region covering countries including Antigua and Barbuda; the Bahamas; Barbados; Dominica; Grenada; Guyana; Saint Kitts and Nevis; Saint Lucia; Saint Vincent and the Grenadines; Suriname; and Trinidad and Tobago.

The period of performance for this Contract is five years from TBD, 202X to TBD, 202X.
