The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Huntsville Center (HNC) is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for energy management services. The purpose of this acquisition is to award for United States Army Garrison (USAG) Miami, Miami, FL, a Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Utility Energy Services Contract (UESC) with a period of performance that shall not exceed 25 years. Background
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Huntsville Center (HNC) is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for energy management services. The purpose of this acquisition is to award for United States Army Garrison (USAG) Miami, Miami, FL, a Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Utility Energy Services Contract (UESC) with a period of performance that shall not exceed 25 years.

Work Details
The contract includes tasks such as conducting a preliminary assessment of the United States Army Garrison Miami’s energy usage, developing a Feasibility Study / Investment Grade Audit (FS/IGA) for the design of energy savings and conservation solutions, and implementing and servicing periods for the project. It also involves specific services such as Lighting LED Upgrades, 2 MW Floating Solar Panel Installation, HVAC Efficiency Upgrades, On-site Non-potable Water Conservation, and Service Contract Reporting.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for the contract shall not exceed 25 years.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at United States Army Garrison (USAG) Miami, Miami, FL.
