Description

Solicitation M67854-24-R-1011 is for United States Marine Corps (USMC) Squad Aiming Laser (SAL) system. The Government anticipates awarding a 60-month period, single award, Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract to one Offeror that is capable of producing required quantities in accordance with the Government's system requirements over the 60-month period of performance.

Background
The United States Marine Corps (USMC) is seeking to procure a Squad Aiming Laser (SAL) system through solicitation M67854-24-R-1011. The goal of this contract is to establish a 60-month Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract with a single award to an Offeror capable of meeting the required quantities and specifications outlined by the Government.

The contract includes the following items:

1. **Squad Aiming Laser**

- Description: A complete system including an aiming laser module, mounting hardware, pressure pad, operator manual, and any other ancillary gear required for operational use.

- Description: Assembly includes only an aiming laser module and mounting hardware.

3. **Operator Spares (SL-3)**
- Quantity: Each
- Description: Each kit contains required mounting hardware, pressure pad, operator manual, and any other ancillary gear necessary for operational use.

4. **Maintenance Spares (Parted SAL)**

5. **ICLS Level I Minor Repair**
- Quantity: Each
- Description: The cost of a Level I Repair shall not exceed 20% of the proposed SAL base unit price.

- Description: The cost of a Level II Repair shall not exceed 40% of the proposed SAL base unit price.

- Description: The cost of a Level III Repair shall not exceed 65% of the proposed SAL base unit price.

8. **Refurbishment of CLIN0001 PVT articles**
- Quantity: Each
- Description: The Contractor shall refurbish Production Ready Squad Aiming Lasers used in support of Government Testing and Training events to like new condition provided they can be repaired within the Beyond Economical Repair limit of 65% of system cost.
- Specifications must meet Production Acceptance Test Requirements.
