Background
The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) is issuing Request for Proposal (RFP) No. 140L0125R0010 for support services related to the Wild Horse and Burro Program (WHBP). Work Details

D. Preparing animals for shipment as needed.

E. Employing knowledgeable personnel experienced in equine management and land management practices.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed from October 1, 2026, to September 30, 2036.

Place of Performance
The services will be conducted in Kansas, Missouri, Oklahoma, and Utah.

Bidder Requirements
This solicitation is set aside for Small Businesses (100% Small Business Set Aside). Bidders must demonstrate experience in livestock management within the last fifteen years, specifically managing at least 200 head of livestock.
