This is a draft Request for Proposal (RFP) for Radiation Portal Monitor Program (RPMP) Deployment, Construction and Design Services.

Questions concerning this draft solicitation shall be received via email to the Contracting Officer via email at Tisha.Blue@hq.dhs.gov, as well as to the Contract Specialist, via email at Annemarie.Spence@hq.dhs.gov. Questions should be submitted with the email subject line RFP No. 70RWMD20R00000012 Questions. Any requests for additional information or explanations concerning this draft RFP must be received no later than COB August 5, 2020, 4:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST).

Please be sure to refernce all of the attachments, J.1 - J.7.

A pre-solicitation conference will be held to review the submission criteria and answer questions regarding this procurement. The pre-solicitation conference will provide an opportunity for Offerors to ask clarifying questions, obtain a better understanding of the requirements, and/or notify the Contracting Officer of any ambiguities or inconsistencies in the draft RFP. The pre-solicitation conference is not mandatory, but Offerors are strongly encouraged to attend. The pre-solicitation conference will be held on Thursday, August 13, 2020 EST via Microsoft TEAMS.
