Request for Proposal - Army Contracting Command Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) is soliciting a single Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF) five year indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract. The contract will be for services in the area of engineering and safety analysis, design support, technical support, Configuration Management (CM), maintenance engineering (e.g., maintenance task analysis, maintenance procedure development, failure mode-effects and criticality analysis, level of repair analysis, maintenance allocation charts, two-level maintenance), quality assurance, integrated logistics support (e.g. technical publications, provisioning, supply support), maintenance and alterations installation, program management, new equipment training, milestone documentation, obsolescence management, and performance based logistics. Background
The Army Contracting Command – Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) is soliciting a single Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF) five year indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract for services in the area of engineering and safety analysis, design support, technical support, Configuration Management (CM), maintenance engineering, quality assurance, integrated logistics support, maintenance and alterations installation, program management, new equipment training, milestone documentation, obsolescence management, and performance based logistics. The contract will be awarded on a competitive basis.

Work Details
The Product Directorate (PD) of Army Watercraft Systems (AWS) requires System Technical Support (STS) services to the current fleet of vessels within the Continental United States (CONUS) and Outside the Continental United States (OCONUS). The PD AWS Performance Work Statement (PWS) requires the contractor to provide services on technical and programmatic issues. The contractor shall provide the qualified personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, and supervision necessary to perform the services as defined in this PWS.

Period of Performance
The contract consists of five ordering periods with a minimum quantity of services to be ordered against this contract set at $10,000. The period of performance for each task order will be CPFF Term or Completion based on individual requirements. Material and travel will be on a Cost Only basis.

Place of Performance
The geographic locations where the contract will be performed include the Continental United States (CONUS) and Outside the Continental United States (OCONUS).
